Email info@resumebuilder101.com within seven calendar days of an eligible charge. Include the email used at Checkout and the reason for your request. We will review it promptly and fairly.
1. Resume Pass
Resume Pass is a $9 one-time purchase that provides 30 days of access and never renews. You may request a refund within seven calendar days of purchase.
We may deny or limit a refund in cases of fraud, repeated refund abuse, or substantial use of premium digital features followed by a refund request. If the service did not work as described and we cannot reasonably fix it, tell us in your request.
2. Career Plus
Career Plus is a $15 monthly subscription that renews automatically until canceled.
- Initial purchase: You may request a refund within seven calendar days of your first Career Plus charge.
- Renewal charge: If you forgot to cancel, you may request a refund within seven calendar days of the most recent renewal, provided there has not been substantial use of paid features after that renewal.
- After seven days: Subscription charges are generally non-refundable and are not prorated, except where required by law.
3. Canceling Career Plus
You can cancel Career Plus at any time from the account menu by choosing the billing-management option and completing cancellation in Stripe’s secure customer portal. You may also email us for help.
Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals; unless a refund is issued or law requires otherwise, access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
4. Duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charges
Contact us promptly if you see a duplicate or incorrect charge or believe a purchase was unauthorized. We may ask for information needed to locate and verify the transaction. Unauthorized-payment claims may also be subject to your payment provider’s investigation process.
5. How refunds are returned
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears; it commonly takes several business days after processing. Refunds do not include unrelated bank, currency-conversion, or third-party fees that ResumeBuilder101 did not receive.
6. Legal rights
This policy does not limit any non-waivable right or remedy available under applicable consumer-protection law. If local law gives you a longer cancellation period or other mandatory rights, those rights apply.

- the email address used at Checkout;
- the purchase date and plan;
- the reason for the request; and
- the Stripe receipt or transaction reference, if available.
